Note that outsourcign, offshore outsourcing, and offshroing are used interchangeably in public discourse despite important technical differences. Presenlty, the corporation gest a tax deduction for both onshore and offhsore labor epxenses, but the reason for deduction is to avoid double taxation on labor expense for noshore labor costs since that income will be taxed as personal income to the laborers. In order to increase qulaity or miantain a high level of quality, many offshore outsoucre firms also employ quality management models, such as Tyalor, Lean, and Six Sigma.
