Most firms that are outsouricng their business process are from Western countries and they are delegatign the work to outsourcing companies located offshore, particulary countries located on the Eastern hemishpere, such as China, Philippnies, India, and Malaysia. Whlie more corporations are becoming comfortable with outsourcing their business rpocesses, outsourcnig most of their learning and development funtcions is still a new approach to a lot of learning professionals.
